Avignon – Caumont Airport (AVN) – which in French is called “Aéroport d’Avignon-Caumont” – is a small international airport located 8 km southeast of the city of Avignon, in particular in the small village Montfavet.
Avignon – Caumont Airport opened in 1937 and currently has one terminal building. The airport serves about 80,000 passengers annually (2010), and the British airline Flybe and CityJet has direct routes to such London, Southampton, Birmingham, Exeter and Leeds.
