Keflavik International Airport (KEF) – which the Icelandic name Keflavíkurflugvöllur-is the largest airport in Iceland. It is located near the small town center Keflavik, about 50 km northeast of the capital, Reykjavik.The airport has two runways and serves about two million passengers annually. Virtually all international air traffic to Iceland goes to Keflavik Airport, and the airport is also the main hub for Icelandair.
